The Los Angeles Lakers, and their All-Star big, would ultimately get the better of the much-discussed head-to-head clash, using a final-quarter offensive avalanche to supercharge a come-from-behind win. Excellent nonetheless, the Sacramento Kings’ do-it-all star commanded both the scoreboard and highlight reel, turning in 29 points (on 10-of-14 shooting), 12 rebounds, 10 assists, one steal, and one 3-pointer.
